The Deal Capture module permits rapid entry
of trade data.
Upon entry the user is presented with the
list of investments currently held in the
portfolio. With point and click or keyboard
entry users can enter the number of shares
and either the share price or gross amount
remaining amount is automatically calculated
and displayed. |

The Broker and Cash Account commonly used
for the stock are automatically defaulted. |

The system tracks a variety of fees including
Commission, Tax and other Fees. |
|
The settlement date is automatically calculated
as three business days in future (but this
can be changed). |

The local amount for the transaction and the
reporting amount are automatically calculated
based on exchange rates entered for the day,
but the exchange rates can be changed. |
|
Any comment appropriate for the transaction
can be entered. |
|
Automatic posting of the cash side of the
transaction to the cash account.
